Personal Assistants (PA's):

Experienced Board and Director level PA's of the highest calibre who have proven experience of working on a one to one basis and/or supporting a team. Our candidates have exceptional secretarial skills including touch typing, minute taking, diary management and organising travel and meeting arrangements.

Office Management:

Organised, experienced, professional Office Managers with varying degrees of experience and skill sets such as Staff Supervision and Training, Project Management, Facilities and IT facilitation.

Secretarial:

We are able to source candidates with a wide range of secretarial skills including touch typing, minute taking, and diary management who have proven experience of working in the following roles: Audio, Legal, Medical, Team and Senior.

Administration:

Encompassing a wide range of experienced administrative support personnel including Administrators, Customer Service Representatives, Receptionists and Switchboard Operators. Good quality candidates with experience within a range of sectors including Sales, Marketing, HR, Services, Professional and Public.

All of our candidates have been skills tested to meet the criteria of your job specifications.

Human Resources:

HR Administration and Clerical roles to support our specialist HR Recruitment Division focusing on a range of disciplines and levels, generalist and specialist areas such as in-house recruitment and compensation & benefits.
